Start with your store SKU
Your store identifies each item with a SKU. Veriti uses warehouse codes to identify the corresponding materials in its own catalog. These codes may be different. The integration needs an explicit mapping between them before it can match an incoming order to the correct inventory.
Map each variation separately
Record each product name, stated strength, pack size, store SKU and corresponding warehouse code. Do not assume that two variations of the same named material share a code. Review your mapping when you add a variation or change your store's SKU naming.
Keep the link with the shipment
Use the same codes in your inventory manifest and inbound shipment notice. Include the quantities and available lot documentation. If something is unclear, add a note for warehouse review before the shipment is received.
Keep changes recorded
Your portal is the place to view inventory and integration details. An unexplained code change can leave an order without a matching item. Coordinate changes with Veriti and retain the written mapping with your operational records.
