Yes. The research shop takes orders now, and every shop order ships from the Veriti warehouse in the United States. Client-account and fulfillment applications are open too.
Who is the research shop for?
The shop is for qualified researchers aged 21 or older. Reference materials are for laboratory research use only, not for human or veterinary use. Every order carries an eligibility attestation at checkout.
What does each quantity count?
Every product is sold as a kit of 10 vials. Quantity 1 means one kit containing 10 vials. Product pages show the amount per vial.
How does wholesale pricing work?
Wholesale applies at 5 kits of the same SKU. USA and China products also combine toward a $5,000 product subtotal at regular prices, before tax and shipping. Reaching it unlocks wholesale prices for every product in the cart. No application or code is needed. A business that orders regularly can also apply for a client account.

No. One cart holds any mix of products, and wholesale prices apply on their own when the cart qualifies. A client account adds ordering through the portal, a CSV upload or a private Google Sheet.

Every research shop order ships from the Veriti warehouse in the United States, USA and China products alike, in one parcel. Your tracking number comes from Veriti.
What does shipping cost?
USA products ship for $35.00 per order and China products for $80.00 per order. Shipping is charged once per order, so an order that includes any China product pays $80.00. The charge does not change with the size of the order, and checkout shows it before you place your order.
Where can I find certificates of analysis?
Available lot documents appear in the COA library. If the document you need is not listed, contact Veriti. An illustrative vial image is not a certificate or a claim about a specific lot.
How do I start using the warehouse?
Apply for fulfillment with your business, product and store details. Veriti arranges an introduction, agrees your setup, and sends receiving instructions before any inventory ships.
Apply for fulfillmentDoes a stocking request place a paid order?
No. A stocking request records the items and quantities you want Veriti to stock, for review. It does not collect payment or add units to your inventory until the stock is received and recorded.
How can I check an existing order?
Use the customer account or Track order page for research-shop purchases. Use the merchant portal for fulfillment orders, stocking requests and warehouse inventory.
