Ask the teamWho is the research shop for?
The shop is for qualified researchers aged 21 or older. Reference materials are supplied for laboratory research use only, not for human or veterinary use. Eligibility and the order attestation are recorded during purchasing.
What is in a box?
Each current shop listing states the number of vials and the amount per vial. The listed shop unit is a box of ten. Always review the product's own pack details before adding it.
How does wholesale pricing work?
The quantity price applies when you choose at least five boxes of the same item. Each product has its own fixed price. Other items in the same cart keep their retail price until they independently reach their quantity threshold.
Do retail and wholesale need separate orders?
They share one research-shop cart. The same item changes price as its quantity changes, and the order receives one shipping calculation. Merchant inventory requests are a separate workflow with the warehouse as the destination.
Where does a shop order ship from?
Research-shop orders ship directly from the supplier in China to the address on the order. Merchant stocking requests are sent to Veriti's warehouse. Confirm delivery details with Veriti before placing an order.
Where can I find certificates of analysis?
Available lot documents appear in the COA library. If the document you need is not listed, contact Veriti. An illustrative vial image is not a certificate or a claim about a specific lot.
How do I start using the warehouse?
Apply from the 3PL page with your business, product and store details. Veriti reviews the application and coordinates an introduction. Approved merchants receive separate access to the fulfillment portal.
Does a stocking request place a paid order?
No. The request records your selected items, product subtotal and warehouse destination for review. Payment and supplier arrangements are confirmed separately. Inventory is recorded after the warehouse receives it.
How can I check an existing order?
Use the customer account or Track order page for research-shop purchases. Use the merchant portal for fulfillment orders, stocking requests and warehouse inventory.
