Prepare your first inbound shipment

The information to gather before inventory arrives at the Veriti warehouse.

Identify the merchant and shipment

Begin with your business name, merchant reference, shipment tracking and expected arrival information. Enter an inbound notice through the merchant portal so the warehouse has a record of what you are sending.

Include a product manifest

List the warehouse code, product name, stated strength and quantity for every item. Make the unit clear: a kit and an individual vial represent different quantities. Use your approved SKU mapping and include the relevant purchase or stocking request reference.

Attach the available documentation

Gather the corresponding lot identifiers, available certificates of analysis and any supplied expiry information. Keep documents tied to the items they describe. A missing document should be identified as missing so the team can review it.

Prepare packaging instructions

Supply your logo, label artwork, insert files and chosen packaging instructions as part of onboarding. Changes to custom materials need review before production. Do not ship material that depends on an unconfirmed label or packaging decision.

Check the received record

After receiving is recorded, compare the portal's inventory with your manifest. Bring any discrepancy to the warehouse team using the shipment reference. A stocking request by itself does not represent received inventory.
