A supply order goes to you
The research shop is the direct supply route. Choose your materials, review the pack size, and enter the delivery address for your order. Supplier-direct orders travel from China to the buyer. They do not enter a merchant inventory account at the Veriti warehouse.
A stocking request goes to the warehouse
If Veriti fulfills your customer orders, use the merchant portal to request inventory. The destination is the Veriti warehouse, and the request is attached to your merchant account. The portal records the selected items and quoted product subtotal for review. Submitting a request does not collect payment or add units to your available inventory.
Review comes before receiving
Veriti reviews the request and coordinates the next steps with you. Stock becomes available in the warehouse system after it is received and recorded. Keep the stocking request reference with your inbound paperwork so staff can connect the shipment to the correct merchant.
